Fair & Transparent Expedition Agreement
Every booking directly funds park ranger patrols and community conservation initiatives with Friends of Nature, People and Forest (FNPF). We operate with full transparent pricing, licensed local boat crews, and strict wildlife respect protocols.
1. Booking & Reservation Confirmation
Reservations are confirmed upon verification of date availability and receipt of a mandatory 30% booking deposit, with the remaining 70% balance due strictly 30 days before travel. Group sizes and kelotok allocations are confirmed in advance to ensure comfortable accommodation and sustainable river traffic.
2. Payments, Inclusions & Transparent Pricing
A 30% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, and the 70% balance is due strictly 30 days before travel. All published rates include licensed guides, private boat crew, park entry permits, ranger station fees, meals, and mineral water on board. No hidden port fees or mandatory gratuities.
3. Expedition Safety, Insurance & Wildlife Guidelines
Guests must adhere to National Park regulations at feeding stations and on the Sekonyer river. Maintain a safe distance from orangutans and wildlife, follow guide instructions, and wear provided life vests during river transit.
4. Cancellations, Weather & Rescheduling
Date changes are permitted up to 45 days before travel. Within 45 days of travel, date changes are handled strictly on a best-effort basis, subject to boat, guide, and operational availability. A 30% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the 70% balance due strictly 30 days before travel.
